Sheila Botting, Deloitte
Sheila Botting is the National Real Estate & Construction Leader in Canada and a Partner in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Practice. Over the past 25 years, Sheila has been involved in significant real estate advisory services, providing expertise to corporations, government, real estate companies, investors, pension funds and others.
Lynne Golding leads the national Health Law Group for Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. She has an active corporate-commercial practice in the health industry. Her practice focuses on corporate law, particularly governance arrangements for both for-profit and not-for-profit entities and structuring contractual arrangements between public and private sector service providers. Ranked as a leading health lawyer, she is a frequent speaker and writer on governance matters.
Brenda Lee-Kennedy is a partner in Tax Services at PWC. Brenda specializes in Canadian personal, estate, trust, charity and non-profit taxation. Brenda works with not-for-profit and charity clients, assisting with income tax matters including tax compliance, endowment and gifting strategies, along with other business and operational-related activities. She has assisted with the creation of charitable organizations and with their charitable registration applications.
Ellen Malcolmson is the Principal of Ellen Malcolmson Executive Coaching Inc. Ellen has a unique perspective; she brings an understanding of the corporate world from her experience as a senior executive and CEO in the telecommunications industry, as well as an appreciation for the challenges of both operating and governing in the public sector from her work as both CEO and Board Chair at a large Ontario hospital and CEO of a national health charity.
