Toronto CREW is excited to launch the 2023 Women's Leadership Program. In keeping with its core mandate, to transform the commercial real estate industry by advancing women to positions of leadership and influence, this program has been created to assist women who are aspiring to develop into leadership roles within the real estate industry.
Your Outcomes
This in-person, interactive program, delivered in seven sessions, is designed to provide you with the opportunity to develop awareness of your own unique strengths, help you chart your course to leadership and provide you with practical tools and strategies that you can apply on the job right away. In the program, you will learn to:
- Coach and develop your team.
- Develop high trust relationships.
- Lead, create & empower an inclusive workplace.
- Recognize biases.
- Lead with empathy.
- Give feedback and have difficult conversations with confidence.
- Manage your time and priorities.
- Delegate effectively.
- Lead and manage change.
- Plan and execute strategically.
You will have the opportunity to network with Toronto CREW members and be able to step into Toronto CREW leadership roles either on Committees or at the Board level. A certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the program.

Program Details
- Includes individual leadership assessment for each participant using the DiSC Profile Self-Assessment tool - an industrial psychology tool designed to help leaders better understand their strengths and areas for development including a written report and one-on-one debrief.
- Comprised of six, 2.5-hour group sessions (from 9:00 to 11:30 am) covering key leadership concepts and skills.
- Includes one 90-minute workshop (from 9:00 to 10:30 am), on how to lead, create and empower an inclusive team & workplace.

Eligibility
• Open to Active Toronto CREW members and maintain membership throughout the program.
• It is recommended that participants have eight years of professional experience or more.
Members: $2,000.00 + HST
Toronto CREW has subsidized this program to reduce the fee for members.
Registration opens on June 1, 2023 at 9;00 am.
Space is limited to 12 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
