About Reina Condo
Named after the Spanish word for queen, Reina is the first all-female led condominium development in Canada. The intent of the project was to shed light on the significant gender imbalance in commercial real estate and the accompanying fields (including architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, legal and finance), and to give a platform for women to come together, work together and create together. This creative mandate led to a yearlong process of community engagement, outreach, and discussions around current condominium design in Toronto and what can be done to improve it.

With projects currently slated for Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Newmarket and Ajax, she has quickly shown that she is one to watch.
