Patricia Arsenault, Executive Vice President, Data Solutions, Altus Group, is a real estate economist with more than 30 years' of experience analyzing a wide range of issues related to the commercial and residential real estate sectors. In her current role, she focuses on leveraging Altus Group’s proprietary market data to provide insight on current and future trends.

Aleksandra Finelli, Partner, Bennett Jones LLP, has a transactional practice with a primary focus on commercial real estate and project development. In her commercial real estate practice, she has vast experience working on a variety of commercial transactions, including real property acquisitions and dispositions, sale/leasebacks, land development, asset management, construction and project finance. 




Emily Forster, Manager, Acquisitions, Allied Properties REIT (Allied Properties), graduated from the University of Guelph’s Real Estate and Housing Program in 2011 and began her career at Allied Properties. As Manager of Acquisitions, Emily is responsible for completion of underwriting and onboarding for all purchase and sale transactions nationally. Over her nine years at Allied Properties, Emily has worked in accounting, finance and acquisitions and has completed over $1.9 billion in transactions for the REIT.




Melissa Nowak, Senior Associate, Houser Henry & Syron LLP, a boutique business law firm, practices primarily in Commercial Real Estate. Melissa has over $15 billion in transactional experience in New York City and Toronto, having spent 12 years in-house at a global commercial real estate brokerage supporting two prolific investment sales teams, prior to moving into private practice.
