Judson Brewer then discussed why it's so difficult to break a bad habit in
A Simple Way to Break a Bad Habit.
Members then shared their insights in starting, stopping and modifying their habits using recent COVID-19 lockdown experiences. The discussion proved to be a compelling on the book's take-aways and getting acquainted with fellow members. See what the
