Mentorship Programs
Toronto CREW is dedicated to assisting young women in commercial real estate by offering mentorship programs that cater to both junior and senior Toronto CREW members. The Mentorship 1.0 Program caters to members with one to five years experience and the Mentorship 2.0 Program caters to members with six to 10 years of experience.
Mentorship 2.0 - Registration Open
The Mentorship Program 2.0 is now recruiting mentees and mentors for the 2022 program. Mentorship 2.0 is an extension of the 1.0 program and is intended for Toronto CREW members who have six to10 years’ experience. The program is smaller with five to seven mentees and equivalent mentors and runs from May to October, 2022. It is designed to have a mix of group sessions and one-on-one sessions. If you are willing to volunteer your time and expertise or are looking for assistance and guidance in developing your career, please submit your completed application form by April 4, 2022. A link to the applications is below. Any late applications may be considered at the sole discretion of the Toronto CREW Mentorship Committee.

Mentorship 1.0
The Mentorship Program 1.0 is intended for Toronto CREW members who have one to five years’ experience. The 1.0 program is designed to match you with a single mentor/mentee (as applicable) for one-on-one monthly mentoring sessions. The program runs from January to December. If you are willing to volunteer your time and expertise or are looking for assistance and guidance in developing your career, please consider participating in the 2023 program. Applications are now closed for the 2022 program.
