Toronto CREW is dedicated to assisting young women in commercial real estate by offering quality mentorship programs tailored to experience level.
The Mentorship 1.0 Program was created for Toronto CREW members with one to five years of experience. You will be matched with a single mentor/mentee (as applicable) for one-on-one monthly mentoring sessions from January to December. If you are looking for guidance in developing your career or are willing to volunteer your time and expertise as a mentor, please apply.

Key dates for the 2023 session are as follows. Please note, the below sessions are mandatory:
October 11, 2022: Applications Due
(late applications will be considered at the sole discretion of the Committee members)
January 11, 2023: Mentee Training (12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)
January 16, 2023: Mentor Training (12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)
January 18, 2023: Match Night (5:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
Please note, the above dates will not change but start and end times may vary slightly. We cannot confirm if the above sessions will be in person or virtual at this time and will communicate with you closer to the date. Please advise us if you have any concerns in your application.
The Mentorship 2.0 Program is an extension of the 1.0 program and is intended for Toronto CREW members who have six to 10 years of experience. This program is designed to be smaller, with a total program size of 10-14 people and an equal number of mentees and mentors. The program runs from May to October. Sessions are a mix of group and one-on-one sessions. If you are looking for guidance in taking your career to the next level or are willing to volunteer your time and expertise as a mentor, please apply.
