This event will feature organizations that are championing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across the real estate lifecycle from acquisition, supply chain, design, build and operations. These organizations are offering services and/or resources that are helping to enhance diverse representation, or embedding DEI within their company culture and practices, both of which provides economic opportunities for marginalized groups. As a result, these organizations exemplify what it means to deliver on commitments by taking a systematic approach to establishing their strategies and setting bold and aspirational initiatives linked to the organization’s mission. They provide an opportunity to learn and inspire other organizations on the path forward to advance DEI within their organizations and the industry.
