How many Chapters and members are there?

Currently, there are over 9,000 members in 74 chapters across North America.

Describe the composition of CREW Network chapter members. 

A.

CREW Network represents a diverse, well-educated and experienced group of all  the professionals required to complete commercial real estate transactions – appraisers, financiers, developers, attorneys, property managers, and so forth.  70% of CREW Network members are presidents, CEOs, partners or senior managers of companies. 60% of the members earn more than $100,000 per year.

What is Toronto CREW?

Toronto CREW was the first Canadian chapter of CREW network.  Its members are key decision makers of some of the most influential corporations in Canada, representing almost all the disciplines in commercial real estate.  The organization is committed to quality programming and events that attract the brightest and the best in the industry.

What are the advantages to the client of working with a Toronto CREW member?

Toronto CREW Network is the only professional real estate association in Toronto that’s a “full-service network.”  Toronto CREW members have immediate connections to high-performance professionals across all disciplines of commercial real estate within Toronto.  Toronto CREW members are linked with a North American-wide network and can quickly assemble a top performing team for a client to fast-track a project to a satisfying, profitable outcome. In a recent 12 month survey, 54% of CREW Network members report receiving a referral from another member, and 72% have given a referral.
